Orders are normally processed within 2–5 business days. Delivery times vary depending on the product, destination, carrier, and supplier location.

Estimated delivery within the United States is generally 7–20 business days after processing. Some products may arrive sooner or may be shipped separately.

Once an order has shipped, available tracking information will be sent to the email address provided during checkout.

Talenta Shop is not responsible for delivery delays caused by carriers, severe weather, customs, incorrect addresses, or circumstances beyond our control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Please contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error. We cannot guarantee address changes after an order enters processing.

If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, customers should first check with household members, neighbors, and the shipping carrier before contacting us.
